Completely unusable.

Their customer service has gone downhill. Not only do they take 4 hours to respond (even during "working hours!") but then they'll completely misunderstand the question .. yes a real live human, not a bot. Buyer Protection is a straight-out lie. Do NOT use Paypal. Use your credit cards at least you have a chance of getting your money back from scammers. PayPal seems to be working with the scammers from China. Scammers have the system down and they know they are going to come out ahead. I used PayPal all the time but now I am done with them.

My account has be restricted and I've been asked to provide a copy of my debit card or bank statement. I really can't do anything with my account now. I can't even close my account. Well, I'm NOT uploading any document so they can keep my account. What a s*** company.A few weeks ago, I sent money to a friend and he didn't receive it, neither was my money refunded. The worst customer service ever. Actually, they don't have one. Hopefully, this company would be banned in the future.

Oh, It is my pay pal for real . Secure payment, old and reliable company and widely accepted, they helped me to refund my money back from a shoe company when they brought me the wrong size.Some fraud companies won’t accept receiving payment through PayPal, so don’t trust them and leave. credit card payment won’t help you to refund your money back. Before I finally give up on this ridiculous and wholly unfair scam I just want to voice my disgust at the lack of communication and the shunning of responsibility that PayPal has displayed in this case and , I now realise having read reviews, in many, many other cases. Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish! I started to use PayPal along with eBay and I’ve had so many issues with it, starting from being unable to change bank accounts or update addresses to being unable to refund a buyer and if showing that I have a minus balance with no justification of this in my transactions!?
