While they put crappie, mind numbing, yellow pages thick custumer service run arounds on their websites, it is impossible to get to anyone in real time in this kloaged organization. PAYPAL IS GARBAGE

Sent money to a friend and got a confirmed date the payment will go through. The date is now wayyyyyyyyy passed but paypal still say pending. Customer support is a joke with scripted answer from 2 different employee. Now when I hit support it said nobody is available, guess I'm too annoying then........

Absolutely horrendous customer service

Absolutely horrendous customer service, non-existent actually. Gone are the days of actual human interaction. Instead, we are left with humans performing robotic tasks. All I wanted was a response to the question I posed, but what I got was the same script over and over again. My issue most likely will never be resolved and I am stuck In an endless vortex. I hope someday this company turns around, used to be reputable. Not much to say about it now, sad.

Disgusted with PayPal. No protection at all

Purchased a workbench from a seller and paid through PayPal although I never received the item and it seems to be lost in transit the seller has proof of postage. Royal Mail Say there is no insurance on the item and they have no way to track it as the seller did not provide the tracking until long after it should of been delivered hence making it impossible to track. Although they do have evidence to state that the item weighed a mere 16 grams so obviously not a real workbench. PayPal will ...

Paypal sackt mein Geld ein.Habe am 24.9.2020, 300 € gesendet für einen Artikel aus ebay-kleinanzeigen. Direkt 10 Minuten später, fragte ich den Empfänger ob das Geld angekommen sei. Leider nein, meinte der. Bei der Kontrolle viel mir auf, das ich mich bei der Mail-Adresse vertippt habe. Also stornierte ich sofort die Geldsendung und wiederholte den Vorgang mit der richtigen Mailadresse. Daraufhin waren die 300 Euro umgehend angekommen. Auf der Paypal Übersicht waren dann zweimal 300 Euro ...

ok to make it clear ... 22.09 paypal limited my accoutn bcs of few transaction for wich they asked for proofs , so ok i made a pictures for them and send them .So i own hosting machine on OVH for wich i must pay every month so paypal limited my account im unable to pay bill for machine and OVH told me if i dont pay in 5 days they will whipe all data on disc, so today is 5 days but still nothing i dont get answer what a hell is hapening .. We are done with Paypal and will reverse the charges via Visa. To pay to ship a junk product back to China is wrong. The Paypal resolution website is clumsy, unintuitive, leaves no way to communicate back to a human and takes months. A very frustrating experience to be avoided.

The absolute worst experience with any company. If anyone here would like to join me and others for a class action lawsuit against paypal then contact me by message at 720-614- 6391. I wish I can give them 0. I sent money to someone over a week ago and they haven't been able to receive it. They sent it back to me and paypal takes $55 dollars out of the transaction and it only shows on my account because they're not on my bank account. How long am I supposed to wait for my money? Pay pal is a fraud.
