M.A.R.T.I.N. ..was super rude and acted like a "proper drama queen on the phone at 12.27 UK time, was absolutely unhelpful and it sounded like he's got a problem doing his job I've simply asked about a transaction.

Dreadful customer service
Was great for on line payments but in this day and age who needs them, when the money is taken from the bank anyway. Awful customer service. Can only contact via message and then it isn't a one to one chat. You have wait ages for a reply and then further replies can take all day as they don't respond, sometimes for hours.Once my credit with them is paid off I will have nothing more to do with them.

Har svårt att avsluta mitt konto och statistiken talar sitt tydliga språk, 82% är mycket missnöjda med Paypal baserat på 13 192 användare. Har läst en hel del användare som ej fått ut sina pengar så är inte fallet med mig.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, atrocious.Don't know how to to-do business!They keep using echecks even when you have a debit card.Don't care about people, all they care about is taking your money, and this certainly doesn't make payments any safer.That's why PayPal is being phased out, because they're just ripping people off, high fees and awful service!!!!

Absence of support, customer service, and buyer protection
Paypal is a prime example of a thriving company in the payment space that has gone to garbage with their customer service. I recently filed a claim as I had not received a refund on a returned ebay item. Upon initially filing the dispute, I provided all relevant details of the dispute as notes and photos of; UPS tracking showing the item was delivered back to the seller, photos of the unopened box at the UPS store, and messages with the seller accepting the return, yet Paypal still denied ...

If i could leave no stars i would
If i could leave no stars i would. I made a deposit and it took 7 working days to clear after having my bank on there 8 year. Customer service does nothing I am changing to someone else now even if ebay don't like it. Screw them to!
