Awful consumer service
I previously left a review about PayPal and their customer service. They flagged it to Trust Pilot rather than trying to assist customers with their problems. Avoid at all costs!

For new account money sent is put on…
For new account money sent is put on hold for 24 hrs. Still after the laspse of 24hrs, they ask you to confirm receipt and fund are still stuck there. Its horrible and terrible

BE AWARE
BE AWARE, PayPal is fraud acting legit. I tried to contact them regarding a refund I was entitled to under their 180-Day Protection Scheme, but was not able to get through to any customer service online or via phone line. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to get to them. Don't be fooled you will be protected if you buy via PayPal.

Muy regular. cualquiera puede mandar un recibo repetido sin previo permiso. PayPal lo paga y no tienes ninguna defensa siendo un cobro justo o no !

De aankoopbescherming is totaal…
De aankoopbescherming is totaal onbestaand. Paypal is op geen enkele manier te bereiken, je wordt steeds in een rondje van de ene pagina op de website naar de andere gestuurd. Op de chat wordt gewoon NIET gereageerd. Ik begrijp echt niet dat alle consumentenorganisaties hier niet tegen in opstand komen. Dit is gewoon ontoelaatbaar.

Just not good for purpose !!!!
What an absolutely shambolic company. I send a partial refund and they refund the entire payment. Try to contact them via their messaging (seems no other way now) -- go through agony with some mechanized monster which is incapable of understanding the issue -- then it tells me at the end -- not available until 8am please try later.......Ugh they are a despicable company

PayPal buchte einfach einen Geldbetrag ab ohne Auftrag. Aber das ist ja noch nicht das Problem undzwar wollte ich dann den kundensupport um 18 Uhr anrufen. Da hieß es rufen sie bitte während der Geschäftszeiten an zwischen 9 und 19.30 wo ich mir nur dachte ernsthaft?! Danach hab ich bei meiner Bank angerufen und dieser mitgeteilt das keine weiteren Lastschriften von PayPal mehr genehmigt werden sollen. Dann versuchte PayPal mir einfach 80 € abzuheben ohne jeglichen Grund. Diesmal war aber ...

PayPal may be the biggest Scam on the market today
I have no words to define PayPal. I don't even know how they are still in business today. They are simply THE WORST money transfer company out there, their tariffs are insane.They take crazy percentages per every payment, and even worse their CURRENCY EXCHANGE is literally the worst you can find. PayPal is a scam be warned thieves
I have bought a item from eBay and payed through PayPal the Item was advertised to be brand new and was from a UK seller. So I bought it. Wen it came it was second hand and didn't even work . I raised a dispute with PayPal and the seller.i could not leave any evidence of my case or even access my messages on PayPal so I could not leave anything that was any good to them to fight my case.I called the number that was advertised online for PayPal it was an American number and when I got my ...

Uselt. Inget svar på skriftliga meddelande till kundtjänst. Omöjligt att komma fram till kundtjänst på telefon. Går inte att överföra mina pengar till mitt bakkonto. Så fort jag hittar ett alternativ, lämnar jag Paypal för alltid.
