Losing confidence with PayPal

I use to have good experiences with PayPal but I feel they are not on buyers sides anymore. I purchased an antibody test online which didn’t arrive after 6 days. I tried emailing and calling Cerascreen.co.uk but nothing. I turned to paypal which they denied me by saying item has been delivered. I have not received anything so someone is making money. So what are my options now? -£76 down. I will try to look for payment option for the future.

1 star is too high for paypal

1 star is too high for paypal. I am locked out of my account because of their incompetent website delaying 2 step authentication text messages. Now I can't access the account to make payments. This is just one of MANY annoyances with this terrible company. I am closing my account as soon as I can, I do not trust them with my money.

Heads up: don’t do business with PayPal! Over a month ago I ordered a trampoline online and used PayPal to pay for it. 3 weeks later I received masks from China under the tracking number provided. The seller refused a full refund, eventually promised to refund but it never came. I opened a dispute with PayPal who, after a month of waiting, refused to refund me because the tracking number showed delivered. The least user friendly dispute…

The least user friendly dispute resolution system ever. If you choose to use their messaging system you have to keep reminding it not to log you out. If you do manage to get an advisor, they do not do as requested and link guest payments to your account. On top of this, they do not refer back to previous messages where you gave them the information. Easy to use complaints systems, are a sign of a company that manage complaints well. PayPals systems are the opposite.

One Of the most bad experience I have…

One Of the most bad experience I have ever been in. PayPal are slow with replying to email, not connecting calls and when I did contact them and someone message me it wasn't even helpful. I couldn't bring my balance out of negative as the system is busted. and the only way to put my balance to even was to send donations to myself losing £1.81 doing so. Absolutely horrible customer support. I ordered an INTERIOR WINDSHIELD UMBRELLA. I made the payment through PayPal. i received an EXTERIOR WINDSHIELD COVER. WTH! The seller was not helpful in rectifying their mistake. So I had opened a dispute in PayPal for it. I have had 3 fraud incidents with…

I have had 3 fraud incidents with paypal transactions. It took me over 2 months to get each dispute resolved and the money refunded to my account.Today, I learned it will take 5-7 business days to receive a refund from a vendor. Where is my money for those days? Venmo issues an instant refund! I will never use Paypal again. VENMO ONLY!!

This is the worst payment system I've ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT get sucked into using them. This all started back in July and it's now Oct. totally currupt company now!

non existing customer service or helpline, taken funds from my bank account without permission and held for far too long over a dispute started from a customer who purchased my item 3 months in the past. truely currupt and cleary holding people funds for as long as possble to make money on the interest.
