Jeg har brugt PayPal ifm. med et salg af en vare til udlandet. Køber overfører penge til mig, og jeg indsætter dem på min bankkonto. Herefter fortryder køber og beder om at få pengene retur. Det er fint, og jeg overfører 1700 kroner fra min bankkonto til min PayPal konto, fuldstændig som beskrevet på PayPal hjemmeside. Recent experience has been terrible. I've been an eBay/Paypal supplier for 13 years and have 100% positive feedback so was surprised to see 8 items totalling £850 with a hold on payment despite all being delivered and getting positive feedback.Numerous contact with the Chat service - as other posts you have to keep trying because i) most of the agents don't appear to be very bright ii) some have poor communication skills. Returned an item from China covered by paypal protection.3 months latter and having beein lied to and having resolution date postponed multiple times, I'm still waiting for my money.Lesson learned,paypal protection doesn't exist.

Another company who couldn’t care less about customers who supported them.

I must have seen thousands of warnings over the years that PayPal offer no support to sellers, I was one of those who thought “it can’t be that bad” but unfortunately it is! I’ve noticed far less people and marketplaces recommend PayPal now so I guess their treatment towards their (once upon a time) loyal customers has caught up with them. Such a shame, I will definitely be looking elsewhere now.

I ordered a replacement mirror for my car. When I made the purchase, PayPal suggested to pay with my PayPal account so I would have Buyer's Protection.
