They suddenly canceled my account with 1907 EURO in it because I made the account before i was 18 like 8 years ago. They said I had to create a new account to be able to continue using paypal. They said the funds in my account was eligible for withdrawal. When i try to withdraw I get an error message because they have canceled my account. Use to be a good company. No good anymore. Stop using it.Got scammed by a Chinese company selling fitbits. $130. After 2 months never received anything. Company shows a ups invoice to me and paypal investigators. Paypal was satisfied. But if you look at the invoice, it shows another address and persons name.

Tried to use Paypal on10/2/20. Transaction stopped while I waited for text code. It never came. I tried to log in my account and they said they sent text but it never came. Called Paypal 10 times. Never got through to a human. They said email them but my account got locked and I tried to reset my password but it was locked. I couldn't complain because I was locked out of my account. PayPal limited my account 180 days ago and today when I checked my account, they took my money total USD5K without any email notification on why they did it. The last email I have from them was they stated I can withdraw the money after 180 days. PayPal is a thief and I am looking for lawyer to sue them on this issue. If PayPal can see this I hope you will response to my concern.

Unhelpful and very very slow

I remember a time feeling like I was lucky to have a PayPal account but not anymore. I ordered something and paid via PayPal this year. I did not receive my item so went to the PayPal resolution centre sure that I would be reimbursed by the merchant with Paypals help. How wrong was I.
