Worst customer service title goes to Paypal
I thought eBay is the worst! at least you can talk to eBay customer service, yes they don't care because they have too much money to care for little customers like us, but Paypal is actually THE WORST company! congratulations Paypal, you are the winner of this title.I have been trying to call or talk to someone for the last 10 days, all I get is the stupid chat message that promises someone will call you back!

Ik dacht... het zal allemaal wel meevallen! Maar nee, het is nog slechter dan ik kon verwachten. Berichten worden niet beantwoord, geld wordt niet teruggestort, na alle telefonische info te hebben gegeven wordt er eenvoudig gezegd dat vanwege Corona er verder niet gereageerd kan worden. Wat een lauwe smoes!! Slechter dan slecht kan helaas niet maar dat is het wel!

Joining the others in regards to…
Joining the others in regards to PayPal's customer service. Their service is terrible and if you do happen to get a human being on the phone, they're rude and impatient. I regret ever creating a credit account with them and once it's paid off, I won't be using them again. STAY AWAY FROM PAYPAL.

Servizio clienti inesistente
Trovo inaccettabile che PayPal, servizio su scala mondiale, mi blocchi il conto perchè vendo un articolo (il primo) tramite un'app di compravendita (per 100 euro). E poi non esiste il servizio clienti, è da giorni che provo a parlare con un operatore e vengo rimandata a un call center inesistente in UK, dove una voce registrata ripete sempre la stessa cosa, che dovuto a festa nazionale oggi il call center è chiuso! Ogni giorno!! veramente delusa!

Disgrace Company
4 months ago I sold my ipad via ebay. After using it for two months, the buyer requested a refund because the product was not charged and opened case via Paypal as claiming ipad has charging problem. Instead of asking why you didn't return the product as soon as you received it, paypal decided in favor of the buyer and refunded it. Min son skickade till mig pengar som jag kunde inte överföra pengar från PayPal till min Swedbank. Dåligt service ingen svar heller. Jag var tvungen att skicka pengar tillbaka.

Too much charge fee and bad customer service
When you send money, they will charge you and when you the receiver received the money. They charged again big time. What a ripped off company. No wonder they are a billionaire now!

I am so glad Ebay is getting rid of Paypal. How is it that a buyer can lie in a return request to Ebay and when I show proof they're lying and Ebay closes the case they can then go to Paypal and change their story? Then Paypal tells me that I can't go into anything said on Ebay that the buyer didn't state to Paypal. I had screenshots showing when items had been purchased weeks ahead of when they were stating they received the wrong said item. It showed they were all sold. The buyer of the ...

THE SCAMMERS ALWAYS WIN! AVOID OR LOSE
How is this scam company still operating. Has no one in authority looked at the mainly bad reviews and decided they should be shut down. I no longer use Ebay or PayPal a haven for charge back scams, returning different items but still awarded a full refund! If you lose money after all these warnings then tough!! Do not come on here moaning as you were warned!!!
