Grondig onderzoek blijft uit bij een claim, klantenservice bewaart eigen berichten niet, bezwaarschrift bij gesloten of afgewezen claim is onmogelijk, geen communicatie mogelijk met paypal. Ik ben zowel koper als verkoper en heb op dit moment geen goed woord over voor de klachtenafhandeling van Paypal. Zeer onprofessioneel voor een financieel bedrijf dat zelf claimt transacties te verzekeren.

I would like to give no stars.Second time PayPal have been no use when incurring a problem.I have been a victim of a scam and advised to return the item at my cost in an unreasonable time frame so will probably lose more money.They have not responded to 6 Messages in message centre and 1 email .Then I get an email saying I haven’t responded .Advised how to respond and NO links work.No use at all.

My daughter sent me some funds to pay her Uni fees and by mistake didn’t use friends and family format.She got charged £50 fee !! I tried calling PayPal which was a total waste of time, must have one person at call centre taking hundreds of calls.Managed to communicate via chat service, first 2 messages seems they didn’t understand?Then they said wouldn’t refund even though I told them my daughter was a cash strapped student and this was for her rent.What sort of company is this ? Ik had een abonnement afgesloten via google play. Echter heb ik deze binnen enkele dagen weer stopgezet (was een actie 2 weken gratis uitproberen). Maar krijg bijna 3 weken later toch de factuur. Ik paypal opgebeld, en doorgegeven dat ik dit abonnement had stopgezet in de proefperiode en dat ik hier ook de bevestigingsmail van had. Blijkt dat paypal hier niets mee doet! I requested help with a refund and they closed the case and I now do not get any help from them. I just lost USD$258 as I returned the damaged item and never received a refund and PayPal did not help. So much for buyer protection !

Vorsicht! keine Käuferschutz!!!Besonders schlimm ist neue Funktion in Raten bezahlen. Ich habe jetzt große Probleme, die mich schon psychisch belastet!Eine Bestellung habe ich vollständig zurück geschickt und dafür habe Bestätigung erhalten, aber der Händler kann keine Erstattung machen, warum? Weiß ich auch nicht, die sehen Transaktionscode nicht (so schreibt mir Händler ENAMORA). PayPal hilft dafür gar nicht! absolutely no support for fraud. I was sent a cheap knockoff for a product I bought and could not get a refund. I was told I had to spend more money and ship the product back to CHINA, I got No help from paypal, they would not return my money or force the seller to pay shipping on a product they lied about!!

Contact met PayPal? Vergeet het maar!

Er schijnt een klantenservice te zijn maar in contact komen met PayPal is simpelweg onmogelijk. Wat slecht!

Trovo scandaloso che PayPal quando deve prendere soldi gli prende subito quando deve restituire i soldi si prende i suoi tempi che variariano da una a due settimane, mi sta che non userò mai più PayPal
