Tragiczna firma w sytuacjach sporów

Tragiczna firma jak dojdzie do jakiegoś sporu. Firma działająca na granicy prawa, a czesto je przekraczająca. Mam teraz dosyć prosty spór ze sprzedawcą. Nie otrzymałem od 1,5 miesiąca towaru, który kupiłem na niemieckim eBayu. Paczka z Niemiec dociera w 5-7 dni, a list w wyjątkowych wypadkach do 20 dni (miałem taki przypadek). W trackingu nie ma informacji o drodze przesyłki. Gdyby numer był błędny to i tak przesyłka by już dotarła, więc na 100% nie została wysłana. Sprzedawca lekceważy ...

Huge decline in customer care

Dont deserve 1 star.. Huge decline in customer care. Awful attitude. £44 refund not showing, every time I ring they say it takes up to 10 days - promising this time it'll go through in 48 hrs... Not gone in... Not answering msgs, or if they do its a cocky b******d responding .. Always thought PayPal were brilliant - but over the last 6 months they've proved themselves to be utterly horrendous!!

Been with Paypal for 14years but had a dispute since July ,I ordered a sewing machine priced at $44.98.They sent me A ring (Curtain ring) in a box and used the tracking number meant for the sewing machine. First of all: everyone ordering in China through paypal, that's your own mistake. Stop doing that. Ze bellen je op omdat je een rekening staat staat die niet betaald was!. Terwel het via domiciliëring gedaan werd!. En ook dwingen u een som van 25 euro te doen betalen. Let op...Deze mensen die daar werken zijn gemanipuleerde telefonisten allemaal. Ik wou mijn geld terug vragen. Geen enkel reactie terug.Echt vieze mensen.

Shame I have to give PayPal a 1 star. Blocked with £320 in account. Was told its blocked for 180 days, that was in January. Lots and lots of emails later with automatically generated replies. They still have my money. Imagine how many people they do this to. Scum of the earth this company. DO NOT USE.
