DO NOT TRUST AND USE PAYPAL. PAYPAL DOESN'T PROTECT BUYER. I ORDERED THE RECLINER CAMP CHAIRS AND RECEIVED 2 LITTLE STOOLS. CONTACTED PAYPAL AND THEY DON'T GIVE MY REFUND. PAYPAL ALLOW SCAMMERS TO SCAMMED BUYER. IF I CAN GIVE PAYPAL 0 STAR I WILL.

Shocking Experience of Resolution Centre
I was one of Paypal's greatest fans. No more. I have had a truly shocking experience with their Resolution Centre. I opened a dispute with Fashion Retail SA, the company behind Massimo Dutti. This was because I had returned a jacket they sent me by mistake in July, and they had failed to give me a refund. I have had the worst possible…
I have had the worst possible experience with PayPal. I sent my broker money and a fee was deducted when the money was transferred. My broker refunded the money to me and the refund has been pending over 5 business days. I’m addition to this, there is not one person who can help me or talk to me on the phone from PayPal. I will never use them again.

will be using credit cards in future, after second occasion where I got no goods and couldnt get a refund.Paypal do not offer the same protection as a credit card company. customer service is very poor.

PayPal is now run by India .the people that call don't speak English plus you cannot understand them.i sold an item on eBay and did what i have always done, take photo evidence get a receipt at the drop off shopnever a problem been with PayPal over 15 years, yet i have been s**t on by this company! eBay sent me details i printed out with tracking number etc of my sold item.this item never got to the buyer, paypal refunded them, but i was told PayPal could not be verified that i sent it, ...
