Pessima esperienza con PayPal ... diffidate dei rimborsi perché non è vero nulla,ho subito una truffa di 230 dollari,non solo non sono stata rimborsata ci ho rimesso altri 46 euro di spese di spedizione!!Non hanno mai contattato il venditore e non hai mai risposto ad una mia telefonata...Oggi mi ricontattano e mi dicono che non ho seguito bene le istruzioni...Grazie Paypall

Switching to Venmo. Paypal did not resolve, nor did the have any inclination to resolve, my issue of receiving the wrong item. They instructed me to return the item to the company (overseas) and supply a return tracking number before they would do anything. The item cost $37 and the company, Blounus, said it will cost ME roughly $200 to mail back! I bought a set of Tube ratchet wrenches the seller sent me ratchet wrenches something totally different. I made a complaint to paypal as i received goods not as described. I asked them to get me a refund they didn't do anything to help me. Turns out the seller does this all the time i can see why now because paypal must get a cut as they judge in there favour I no longer trust paypal been with them for 16 years.

I used PayPal to purchase a toy for my dogs. It was a tennis ball launcher with three tennis balls from HK SOWEWAY INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CO., LIMITED for $23USD. What I ended up receiving was a poor quality tennis ball in a plastic wrapper, not even worth $0.50. I asked the vendor to send the rest of the items and they said they sent it. Jag vill avsluta mitt konto men det går inte och när jag försöker lösa problemet och följa deras automatiska instruktioner, så är dom felaktiga. Försöker få kontakt genom meddelanden, mail och telefon. Ingenstans får jag hjälp! Vill ju bara få problemet löst!

Paypal has to be stopped as they are by far the worst company I have EVER dealt with. They are faceless and offer the less than an appalling service, it is criminal. Ive sent three formal complaints over the last 4 months about their service and they've not replied to one. Any other messages are replied too with automated responses and getting hold of them on the phone is impossible too! In such difficult times their UK MD should be ashamed for leading such a shambles of a company! Disgraceful!
