No logic no idea and can’t solve any issues

So .. I use PayPal quite a lot because it’s easy .. however if you have an issue with them then it’s a mountain to climb . Simple matter really ... they refunded me £32.99 on a Friday because of the way the system works they then debited it on Monday .. after numerous emails and calls I am hitting a brick wall , I asked my bank to look at it and they saw the issue straight away and refunded me .. now PayPal day i Have a negative balance, 2 hours trying to clear this up with the best email ...

Terrible company that supports scammers.

They claim they protect buyers but simply support scammers and fraudsters. They help themselves to your money and basically steal what you've earned. I don't know how this company is allowed to operate. It's absolutely ridiculous, avoid them completely. I've long since deleted my account with them and am still having issues with them further on down the line trying to take money from me.

They dont have customer service

They dont have customer service. ALL STAFF IS IN INDIA. If you have an issue,,, nobody can help you. AND... their staff is not trained to know their own service. They even dont know Paypal QR code which is their product. LEAVE PAYPAL...

I’ve had to close my account as they have paid for goods sent to a strangers house!! I have told them before the goods got sent out, that I haven’t authorised for any goods going to a strangers address . Worst payment option ever

Worst payment option ever. They delay refunds deliberately to get the intrest. They charge payment fee to receiver even if you refund a buyer. Paypal are scammers. Never use this company!
