Disgusting serviceThey will keep your money on hold for weeks expecting that you send goods and pay for postage. You are basically give free loan 0%APRThey are all happy to take their fees straight away.These crooks separated from ebay so they can add extra fees.Ebay can wait now for weeks as I wont be credit for goods Ive dispatched and didn't get paid for yet.Avoid paypal if you can

For the consumers out there do not and I mean it DO NOT use paypla or pay anyone who sends you payment by paypal. Paypal holds on to your refund and give you the run around I still can not get the refund on my Credit Card and it has been 3 weeks and they make up all sorts of excuses and it is a big rip off. STAY AWAY.

PayPal are in league with the scammers

PayPal are in league with the scammers, they get a cut of the money you lose. Do not use PayPal, they are a crooked company who always side with the crooks and scammers

Vendor was charged service fee

I will not even give a 1 star for PAY PAL. You cant get to customer care when there is an issue.I had an issue with a transaction which was charged but no narration. Queried on what the vendors name instead they refunded and clawback from the vendor the amount plus service fee of $15. The vendor contacted me and I paid them directly but poor vendor was charged $15/.Tried reaching PAYPAL but there was no query but only fixed predestined questions.Will never use their services again.

Paypal is pretty much useless when it comes to disputes. I've had 3 cases and lost all. First was cancellation of order w/i hour and couldnt get my money back. Second was for night vision binos and was sent cheap plastic regular binos. No refund.Third was sent broken electronics and company would not refund money? Paypal sided w sellers all 3 times. They are absolutely useless and I refuse to use their service.

RESOLUTION CENTRE - WHAT A JOKE

Trying to get money back for service I paid for but not provided. I opened a claim with Paypal. Now have second message from them saying if I do not escalate by tomorrow case will be closed. I go to their resolution centre to try and escalate, but cannot find anyway of doing so. I have tried numerous atrtempts and just going round in circles. What an awful website. I have lkearnt a lesson, and will not be purchasing anything again using Paypal - what a con.

Paid for light on BeautifulHalo that promised in 2 weeks. Needed for staging/showing, so useless after the cutoff date. Showed up over 2 months later. After the 1 month mark and no refund and hardly a reply from BeautifulHalo, I went to Paypal to request refund due to fraud. Provided all the screenshots to Paypal documenting this.
