Whatever happened to PayPal?
Whatever happened to PayPal?This used to be a trusted and respected company but now they have fallen far from grace. The resolution and disputes process is now so heavily weighted on the Consumer proving fault and negotiating that they appear to actively trying to bully the average consumer out of raising disputes/complaints. Once this case is completed I shall be shutting all my PayPal accounts.

Used Pay Pal for order from Chinese…
Used Pay Pal for order from Chinese company. Order was not received and went through the protocol for dispute. Pay Pal took sellers side based on false claim of delivery. I have deleted all Pay Pal account information and will never use again. You credit card company offers more protection.

PayPal during this pandemic has been horrible. They don't answer their phones and just hang up on you. Very frustrating, I've been scammed on a purchase and used my PayPal Account for protection. They won't answer my calls or my disputes... Be leary of using PayPal.

Le controversie di PayPal vengono risolte in maniera del tutto assurda. Vi racconto la mia esperienza personale: compro un oggetto proveniente dalla Cina per circa €30 mi arriva a casa una griglia in plastica in un pacco dal peso specifico di poco più di 100 grammi ( l'oggetto acquistato sarebbe dovuto pesare almeno 3 kg), e quindi apro una controversia PayPal. there is at least one star too many in this rating, Paypal their slogan is "open an account with us, and risk having your money blocked for 180 days" they suck, they are arbitrary, unsupported and restrictive. Not recommended.

Do not trust this company...Used the instant money into your account and got delayed like 24 to 72 hours. That's not instant at all. Lost my job bc of this company keeping my money tied up. Also gave them a bad review on facebook and they blocked me from commenting. DIRTY COMPANY FOR SURE USE AT YOUR OWN YOUR OWN RISK.

Closed my case for no reason
They literally closed my case after I sent them a tracking number and they gave me a email saying the tracking number was all good then cancel my case because I did not give them a tracking number overall paypal is trash

If you buy anything from any seller and…
If you buy anything from any seller and it is broken for or destroyed or does not fit pay pal would not do anything for you to get a refund return or even help you in any way except for $30 shipping even though the product could be triple the price to ship it back and they will say no on a refined no matter what the cases that is the worst customer service I've ever seen out of any company ever.
