I received in the mail an unsolicited PayPal debit card with somebody else's name on it. I spent a long time trying to talk to a real person or at least chat with the real person. It's really hard to find where to navigate to get to a chat. Got my account limited for no reason

Got my account limited for no reason, within hours and not being able to appeal I got an email saying they were closing my account. I have a small craft business and some of my customers use paypal to pay me. They said they are holding my money for 180 days. They have even turned off my message centre so I cant speak to anyone that way and when i call I'm constantly on hold.

My son took out a loan with this company. He has mental health problems and was suicidal.The company were made aware of this and have done nothing to offer an agreement. Totally disgraceful in the current economic and pandemic crisis.

So schlecht geworden...es war mal super, aber seit über 1 Jahr kann man kaum jemanden erreichen und wenn ist man danach auch nicht schlauer...es gibt massive Probleme beim Bezahlvorgang, die man aber nicht klären kann, weil der Kundenservice wenn man ihn denn mal telefonisch erreicht, selbst keine Lösung weiß und den Computerchat kann man bei bestimmten Fragen total vergessen. Don't use PayPal it's a scam

Horrible customer service and time managementWas charged 20 percent to cash a check as I had left my state ID with my wallet 100 miles away at home and had my bank account card linked to PayPal and took 24 hours for a transfer to occur do to the guidelines PayPal "has to" follow yet every second my money was held they made a profit due to the interest rate 😡 my money is not a chew to for any but myself Don't use PayPal it's a scam

Super convenient once you’ve set it up. A small concern is I receive a lot of spoof emails. Fairly obvious and I always forward them to PayPal. The experience that has really disappointed me is the exchange rate/fees they apply to foreign transactions. Just made a payment to Booking.com PayPal used an exchange rate of 1GBP=1.057 EURThe bank rate on the day was 1.11Nice up lift for PayPalAfter all, who’s making almost 5% on every transaction these days.Fair enough if they were up front about ...

PayPal is FRAUD and TRASH

I’ve had a PayPal account for several years , using it for online purchases and itunes subscriptions. I received 1000 from my friend and all of a sudden my account is under review , I have to provide my drivers license and bank statements and then my account is canceled AND they decide to hold MY money for 180 days 6 MONTHS!!! This is fraudulent, inconsiderate in these times of a pandemic, unprofessional, and outright disgusting! This company should be shut down immediately.
