Worst ever..

Worst ever... ordered product.. cancelled within an hour because i realized it was coming from China and would be months out making it unusable and also they charged me wrong price. Filed a claim and was told that seller said they sent item so i am out of luck. Case closed. Never received item. i had this happen before and the excuse they gave was that I was untimely.... That was not the case... but I was all over this one with filing a complaint as i Did it as soon as I cancelled so there ...

Do not use this app

Do not use this app! They working with scammers! They received all the proof that costumer is a scammer but they decide to carry on because that scammer convinced more than 500 people to buy products using paypall, they also don't refund, even if they have refund policy, all they do is making you waiting more than 1 month and at thr end you have to pay your own money to send back the product that you was scammed from Uk to china... And all this after another 30 days they make you loose time ...

Ho subito una truffa da un venditore. mi sono rivolto a Paypal per la controversia. Avrei dovuto rispedire l'oggetto in Cina a costi esorbitanti per ottenere un rimborso della metà. Paypal ha avallato l'azione del venditore. Cattiva esperienza, per le transazioni non userò più Paypal, tanto non garantiscono nulla.

As long as they get your money nothing else matters.

I opened 2 cases through PayPal resolution center for fraudulent activity. 1 was for never receiving a product and the other for not receiving a service. When I first made the claim it said it would end in 2 weeks, but the date resolution got pushed back 4 times and took over a month before they decided in the scammer favor without letting me provide any evidences. Disgraceful behaviour and lack of respect for there customers

Ide rate this useless company a 0 if I could. Can't get online as a verification process needs my mobile. I've recently changed my number. So now I can't access my account. I've spoke on chat to countless of people. Meant to wait for a call back between 48 to 72 hours so they can get me back on my account.. not heard a thing after a week. Total lack of respect for anyone. Total joke of a company. I'm alright tar just keep my money in a account what I can't get into really decent that 😡😡

Very bad system and service overall.They have become big company and have millions of user so now they dont care about good customer service or placing a good system. Bans people randomly. Customer service is worst when you try to open a case with them.

I closed my PayPal indefinite cuz it's the worst money transfer platform ever. Customer service is awful, very slow resolution time frame, from 2 weeks went to 3 months, ripped off by a seller and PayPal didn't bother to investigate even I provided all documents, photos, emails. I am just glad I closed it before I loose all my money. Never again I will use them.

Worst Platform to receive or send money

Worst Platform to receive or send moneyThey just enjoy holding one's payment however they like. They tell you to wait for so many days even without caring if you're losing customers or not. I truly don't like them!
