Really, why would you give telephone numbers if you are not willing to answer?They keep you waiting and listening to their audio machine even for hours just to tell you no one can answer your request at the end. Imposible ponerse en contacto con ellos. Para que teden la clave de acceso, te la vez y te las deseas. Una vez la tienes (los 6 digitos) despues de darle a varios menus automaticos te mandan al carajo y te dicen que lo haga telematicamente y no te contestan. Una porqueria con lo bien que iva antes. Una lastima.

Paypal is a Fraudulent Corporation. They will provide a Phone # but never will answer other than by Robot. I was defrauded out of approx. $150.00 by a Chinese Scammer. Paypals Monetary Guarantee is Fraudulent. They will not return your money if you are an innocent buyer sending money and waiting for an item. Fungerar tills dess att du något sorts problem. Deras kundtjänst är ett skämt. De hänvisar till en chattbot, som aldrig svarar (har 5 meddelanden i kö som jag skrev för 14 dagar sedan. inget svar). Via mail hänvisar de till sin chattbot. Ingen kundtjänst att ringa till. Det går inte ens att rapportera ett problem, då alternativen där är lägligt begränsade. Mitt problem? Not Trustworthy & Horrible Customer Service

Paypal claims to be a secure site but in reality, I would never trust them with my money or personal information again. We placed an order and used paypal to pay for it because we mistakenly thought it was safe. The seller was a fraud and provided a fake tracking number. Once we realized this and contacted paypal, they refused to do anything because they had a tracking number from the seller. WORST COMPANY EVER!

Well where do I start! Been on the phone to PayPal first time for 1hour & 30 minutes. I had to put the phone down as I had to pick my kids up. Now again spoke to a person who’s redirected me to the correct department and now I’ve been on the phone for 1 hour 20 minutes so far! Probably one of the worst company’s I have ever dealt with! PayPal is niet meer wat het is geweest.Een aankoop gedaan uit Amerika en er staat bij de verkoper dat het geleverd is.Maar als ik het tracé nummer zoek kan er niks gevonden worden, PayPal schrijft dat ik het pakket ontvangen heb en ze sluiten de zaak. Helaas weg 220 euro en PayPal"beschermd" de koper, ahum echt niet
