Terrible customer protection. I had a credit card linked to the account to purchase a few things forced through PayPal. I signed up in July for this account and haven’t it used it in months, it is now October and on the 18th I recieved a text message stating that $325.00 was sent from my paypal account to ??????????. The worst customer service in the…

The worst customer service in the world. Appallingly bad. I would question how a company so big can be so bad??? Messaging only support that is stuck on a loop. Poor UX/UI that hides buttons under banners. Confusing help pages and even sending phone numbers to call back on that don't connect. It is really fascial. I am in absolute shock

Doesn't deserve a rating at all. I have been trying to get in contact with paypal for months and can't because I am lock out of my account due to an old dispute. At first it was a password issue. "Changed" that can't log in. I am trying to contact representative/community/ help support and can't because I have to log in which I can't do due to my account being suspended. And they don't believe in answering the phones. PayPal is stoping me from getting paid by the company I work for that ...

Realice compra en Ebay, la cual utiliza el método de Paypal al pagar con tarjeta de crédito. El vendedor nunca envió el pedido, por lo tánto no hubo venta ni compra.El pedido como dije nunca fué enviado ni recibido.Paypal me cobra 4% de comisión, por una compra que nunca se realizó.Ebay le hecha la culpa a Paypal. He formulado denuncia en Comisaría. No usaré mas ni Ebay ni Paypal.

Worst Service Ever

I agree with other comments here. It took me over 4 hours today to try and reset a password to get access to account I had not used in awhile. Usually the simplest thing to do these days. But like another reviewer some of my information had changed and I was caught in their ridiculous and poorly designed verification/access chicken/egg treadmill. 6 Months Return leads to Fraud

If you sell something the buyer can return after 6 months after using the item and there is nothing you can do about it, they can send an empty box back and as soon as PayPal sees the trackable item has been received they will take the money from your account and pay the fraudulent customer back, and so they get a free product and get paid extra for it so PayPal assist and help fraudsters -This 6 months return policy needs to be heavily reduced, I know sellers that are so angry that they ...

N'utiliser jamais de compte PayPal professionnel. J'ai intégré PayPal a mon site de vente en ligne et j'ai perdu 2300€ par faux litige. Il suffis que le client déclare a PayPal " je n'ai pas reçue le produit que je voulais" et il rembourse le client sans AUCUNE vérification.
