No protection No service
I have been scammed and they reject my claim without allowing me to give them my evidence the appeal button has been removed. I have given up but when I try and close the account it wont let me, crazy and will use alternatives in the future

paypal only cheats customers. avoid.
complete disaster. paypal is only to deceive customers. i paid on a website that advertised in pounds and i live in uk so i used paypal. paypal did not warn me and charged me £5 more than advertised by the company. without giving me option 'pay now' button, by 'continue' button it took my money. order placed before i know. then i asked for refund from the seller and they refunded me in dollars. that company is also cheater. paypal again deducted money and paid me only £114 back. they r here ...

I would give zero star rating if…
I would give zero star rating if possible. Didn't receive product ordered until several days after I filed a dispute. It was also totally wrong item,not what I ordered at all. Cherryblue website that I ordered from no longer a valid site. Product came from China not California as address listed on web site. PayPal denied dispute because tracking shows package was delivered even though it was the wrong item. Can't get any tesponse or resolution from email address on invoice and PayPal ...

Something has gone terribly wrong with PayPal! I have been reading the last reviews and have experienced exactly the same treatment. I selected the delayed payment option when buying a dog bed (unbeknown to me from China). The bed arrived, nothing like what I ordered so told PayPal not to pay them but they did. I was told to send it back with tracking for a refund which I duly did for £18 postage! I never got a refund from the seller (I know don’t laugh - naivety at its best). I had set up ...

Enabling scammers
Like many reviews above I've now abandoned PayPal after nearly 20 years because the to enable (or won't investigate/punish) scams. After some particularly useless customer service I'm now on the lookout for a replacement service.

PayPal support scam sites 'Ysole Ltd' China which I trusted because I thought I could trust PayPal but I was wrong. Will have to stop my support to PayPal as they clearly don't screen their vendors
