If I could rate a 0 then I would. Paypal allows scammers to sell fake items, and then require you to send at your own cost the fake item back to be able to get a partial refund. Whats the point of buyer protection if it doesnt protect the buyer?Will shop direct using my credit card, and their buyer protection, because at least they won't lie about the service they provide

Llevo 9 años con este servicio muy…
Llevo 9 años con este servicio muy contenta hasta el viernes . Me hackearon una cuenta desde una plataforma de comida muy conocida y pagaron con paypal. La plataforma de comida no se hace cargo pero para mi sorpresa pay pal tampoco. Aunque tengo denuncia y varias conversaciones grabadas ellos insisten en que fue una compra autorizada. Al final quien se hace cargo son los de siempre el banco.

If I had my own way, I would give PayPal -50 points this company is an absolute disgrace as a financial companie.It's run by a bunch of crooks and they go out of their way to make life hell for you, this company should be made bankrupt and never use again by anyone, please take my advice do not use avoid avoid avoid.Like I said they are run by a bunch of criminals who lied to you and make it very awkward for you to get hold of them why they are slowly ripping you off.

Chargeback team have scammed me for over £400.I was told they would re-view my evidence and they're not refusing to, therefore they are not letting me appeal the outcome AT ALL!!!THIS COMPANY IS THE SCAMMIEST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN PUT IN SUCH A STRESSFUL SITUATION.I have been scammed for £400+.

La protezione degli acquisti è una truffa
Scrivono che proteggono l'acquisto ma è una truffa. Oggetto mai ricevuto, il venditore dimostra di avere effettuato la spedizione ma non di aver consegnato a me il prodotto e quindi paypal chiude la contestazione a favore del venditore. 360 euro perso. Grazie paypal, eviterò con cura di pagare attraverso il vostro sistema in futuro e anche di comprare on line. Grazie a voi il sistema di acquisti on line morirà presto o si concentrerà solo su aziende serie come Amazon. Siete ridicoli.

Paypal are Enabling Scammers. Raised a dispute with Paypal due to receiving goods (from China) which were totally not as advertised. The advert, description and pictures were absolutely nothing like I received. Provided Paypal with Pictures of the advert and pictures of the goods received. Dispute raised with them and after months of going back and forth I was advised to return the goods (at my expense £7.35) in order to receive a refund. Paypal have basically curtailed my…
Paypal have basically curtailed my account (a healthy positive balance), have said they may keep the balance for up to 6 months, i'm not allowed to use it and even after they eventually refund my money they will close my account - You know what - they have given no single detailed explanation for any of this !!!! - I have sent 3 messages through message centre and received no explanation - they are just Bullies and thieves with one of the lowest levels of customer service !!!

Resolución a favor del vendedor…
Resolución a favor del vendedor fraudulento por Facebook. Compro un casco de bicicleta y me envía una gorra de tela y lo devuelvo con correo certificado y me dicen q no hay número de seguimient después q se envió 3 veces a su centro de resoluciones. PayPal tiene q mejorar muchísimo, y no apoyar este tipo de negocios para enriquecerse después de años de cliente.

Customer service is the biggest joke to…
Customer service is the biggest joke to them. Can't answer chats for hours on end. And don't even bother trying to call even during the normal business hours...no one answers. Just a garbage company all around. Doesn't care about the seller from what I've experienced. Use other services if you can avoid paypal
