Wrote to PayPal for dispute on a late…

Wrote to PayPal for dispute on a late package the company is over seas (not what their website states) and the package was marked delivered so PayPal refused to stand behind me the customer in dispute allowed a bogus company to take money for item still yet to be recieved. Will never use PayPal as a safe means of buying or sending money ever again.

At last the monopoly with Ebay UK has come to end and these crooks can be ignored. Their seller protection stinks worse than a used nappy ( Diaper- just incase there's Americans involved! ) They side with the scammer and give them back their money and have the audacitiy to charge the vendor for the 'investigation' So as a seller I lost the goods, lost the postage ,lost the money and then paid for the privilege. Customer Protection is just marketing

Ordered two light fittings from a website called Beautifulhalo. I saw Paypal and believed the business was legitimate and trustworthy. Was not, it took 2 months for the lights to arrive instead of the 5-8 days advertised. Paypal customer protection policy is useless and Paypal asked for me to return the lights, pay the shipping to China, which is almost the same amount than the lights.

Customer Service is a wreck

PayPal payments through a PayPal button are great. Easy and never any issues. PayPal Key and PayPal Cash Cards, however, are a different story. Tons of declined transactions or other errors and anytime you have to deal with PayPal customer service, it's never a good time. They basically have it set up to where you're not talking to the same person every time you send a message. Ieri ho fatto una recensione negativa per via che non avevo capito bene il. Meccanismo in quanto non riuscivo a trasferire denaro dal saldo di paypal al mio conto personale perché ci sono dei tempi tecnici e limitazioni da togliere che io seguendo una procedura avevo fatto ma oggi imi sono accorto che tutte le operazioni di trasferimento sono andate a buon fine in qualche secondo per cui positivo ok

Absolute joke of a company.

My account has been hacked with a different email put on the recovery list but I cant get in to change this as its years old. Now im at risk of being frauded and PayPal won't do a thing to help me absolutely useless company. As bad as the fraudsters.

Noi abbiamo avuto un cliente che ha effettuato un pagamento sbagliato sul nostro conto ovviamente noi abbiamo provveduto al rimborso e abbiamo scoperto poi che loro hanno iniziato a trattenere senza alcun preavviso le loro commissioni questo ci ha portato danni per migliaia di euro. PayPal Buyer Protection is a scam

PayPal Buyer Protection? There is none. Please don’t bother with a company which allows a scammer over a month to respond to a complaint but only allows 3 days for the complainant to add additional information then disregards that information before declining the claim. Now trying to close my account and guess what? Yep, I keep getting blocked from doing so. Clearly PayPal is as much if a scam as the scammers who use it as a front. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
