Took all day to get a customer service…
Took all day to get a customer service person and i needed a refund and it said that it would take 15 days to send it in the mail! Was is it 1945? Have they ever heard of a wire transfer?!

Several thousands stolen through PayPal.
Got several thousands stolen through PayPal/Ebay leak. Their 2F authentication doesnt work and you never receive SMS confirmations.

Terrible
You get no seller protection when using PayPal. I had proof of postage evidence that I posted an item and still the case went against me. So easy for scammers to deceive. Never using again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paypal is the worst business on the planet. Their customer service is poor, they don't have any idea how to fix an issue. Oh.. and they permanently limited my account... why? They haven't said nor do they admit to any wrongdoing on their part. I sell ebay products.... and yet somehow they found a reason to permanently limit my account. Stay far away from this business as possible. They'll cheat you of your money

PayPal is grossly inefficient
PayPal is so damn inefficient. I am in the middle of a dispute with a seller who is a scammer and PayPal can't be contacted to help in any way. I entered countless messages into the message center chat but PayPal was silent. The partially refunded amount to me by the eBay seller is still on hold and PayPal is totally uncontactable. This is so damn frustrating and it is scary to think that a company like PayPal is not bothered about its customer's anxiety and stress.

I want to give PayPal a 1 star because…
I want to give PayPal a 1 star because i can't get hold of anyone nor a response from their help center and they continue to hold my money, thank goodness i didn't need my money to pay rent nor buy food but was owed to me by my brother who i told him to send it through PayPal, big mistake.

Day 5 of trying to get my funds…
Day 5 of trying to get my funds released from the unlawful lock from the Paypal, it doesn't state in their user agreement that they can hold money up to 180 days, so if any of you have the same problem I advise you to contact the ombudsman, they only care about you if they see that they might get a lawsuit against them.

Best virtual paying app there is
What do you like best? Paypal is quick and easy. Not to mention very secure. What do you dislike? It was a little bit hard to figure out where a list of my past transactions were but once i figured it out there were no future complications. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick and easy payment. I can transfer money anywhere and at any time.
