I recently bought an item

I recently bought an item, using my paypal account. I was then charged again, for the exact same price. I didn't have enough money in the bank or my paypal to cover the second item that I never ordered, so paypal took it upon themselves to tell me that if I didn't put the rest of the missing payment into my paypal account they would sic the collection agency on me. Absolute scammersss on this app! When a dispute is opened againts you paypal say they review it but they really dont! Someone just scammed me by saying i never sent him the jacket to the adress he put in the disputed case, but when he bought the jacket off me he told me to send it a certain adress. Now paypal say i owe that person the money! So now that scammer has my jacket and he gets a refund! Paypal dont even check all the information given! How in the heavens do i get the law involved ...

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. If I could use anything else I would. Terrible. I feel sorry for the agents who work there - that is if you get through also, terrible website for when you need help. They make it as difficult as possible to get through. Terrible will be using any solution to replace it even if they charge more.

My experience is beyond bad

My experience is beyond bad. It makes cable and phone company customer service look like 5 star service. NOT exaggerating. The seller has both my money and product and paypal refuses to do ANYTHING, even after saying they don't allow this. Communication is hopeless. Emailed disputes are either not read or ignored or agents don't or can't help. If you hire a detective and find a number to call a person, you are rare. At last the monopoly with Ebay UK has come to end and these crooks can be ignored. Their seller protection stinks worse than a used nappy ( Diaper- just incase there's Americans involved! ) They side with the scammer and give them back their money and have the audacitiy to charge the vendor for the 'investigation' So as a seller I lost the goods, lost the postage ,lost the money and then paid for the privilege. Use another company. VIVA wallet are great...

My account was permanently limited after selling coffee cups on my website. There is no option to dispute this limitation. I tried reaching out to customer services and was sent a copy and paste message from Gordon... they will also be holding my funds for 180 days. My customers all received their products and I’ve been left without money to run my business.

Paypal is THE WORST!!

Paypal is THE WORST!!! Took 1 week to deal with a dispute -> refused to, and called the case "closed". Sent me an email with an option to email another dispute center or call a phone number, BOTH of which were non-existent!
