PayPal Money Back guarantee - Meaningless !!!

Case opened with PayPal for non-delivery of goods ordered 14th August (over 2 months ago). PayPal continually change the Estimated Case Resolution date. PayPal do not respond to messages via their Message Us system. They do not have a complaint process, nor do they participate in independant complains organisation like Resolver. Their "Money-Back guarantee" is obviously non-existant.

Telefonische klantenservice dicht

Zeven maanden geleden is mijn telefoon kapot gegaan. Op deze telefoon had ik de two factor authenticatie staan om in te loggen op paypal. Ik kan mijn two factor authenticatie niet laten resetten omdat de oude telefoon het niet meer doet. Ik kan dus defacto niet meer inloggen op PayPal of betalingen verrichten.Door Corona is de telefonische klantenservice van PayPal al Zeven maanden dicht. Blijkbaar kunnen ze bij PayPal niet thuiswerken.

Asså paypal är sääämst. Jag gjorde ett köp på en 7 dagars provperiod för en app. Efter 7 dagar var jag intresserad av appen längre och därav inte beställde ett abonnemang. Men det visar sig att leverantören då slagit in ett engångsköp till abonnemang och har en automatisk betalning på paypal. Untrustworthy

Paypal i have found to my loss have proved to be unreliable untrustworthy,ignorant especially with there communication well lack of anyway. When your account is hacked and your scammed they dont lift a finger to help you in anyway. In fact basically call you a liar in the process. No i have washed my hands of them completely my advise is dont trust them at all they do everything they can to not help you.

Total nightmare..

Total nightmare... Zero customer support, they block your withdrawal method for no reason even if everything was working til now, no way to add it back, you're stuck and alone. I'm waiting to find a solution, then I'll absolutely closed my accounts (business and personal). Never again. What a waste of time.

borderline scam

borderline scam.i get the point of protecting buyers on ebay, but paypals policies of holding money are beyond rediclous and intrasparent. holding my money for 3 weeks even though the buyer made the pick up, no return policy on a private sale and all is correct, is this a joke? i'm a spotless private seller with over 100 reviews on ebay and no issues ever. nobody ay Paypal available to address the issues and they just sent you in circles on their webpage

Ble regelrett snytt av et kinesisk firma, bestilte høytalere og fikk tilsendt høytalere som var i størelsesorden 1/10 av annonsert vare, reklamerte til Paypal det tok 2 måneder før jeg fikk svar fra Paypal fder de forlangt yterligere dokumentasjon for svindelen med svarfrist på 4 dager.Hadde da sent inn orginal annonse fra kinasvindlerne og foto med flere referanser til størrelsen ved siden av høyttaleren jeg mottok, tok deretter 2 måneder før jeg igjen hørte fra Paypal det de etterlyste ...
