If you’re using PayPal
If you’re using PayPal, please think again carefully. Would never use PayPal again. They claimed to protect you, think again!!!! Was scammed out of a purchased, and Paypal protected the fraud seller instead. Too bad Paypal, joke on you now.

Why one star? Inadequate support to consumer end. Do not use this service.
Why one star? Deserves 0 stars. No customer service and when available (rarely) do not solve disputes and/or claims. They always favor the vendor even when the case is clearly a rip-off. Ghost vendors that sell bad quality items that don't match the descriptions and have no costumer service themselves, no worries for them, Paypal will back them up. Le jour où vous avez un litige avec un vendeur ne vous attendez pas à ce que vos droits soient respectés (dont rétractation) : ils n en ont que faire ! Mon dossier réclamation a été clos par PAYPAL à un motif qui n a rien à voir avec l objet de ma réclamation qui est une commande non expédiée ! WARNING DON'T KEEP MONEY AT PAYPALMy account at paypal has been blocked and there is no explanation why, but a computer automatic referens to their policy conditions. On top of that paypal make themselves unreachable with referens to covid-19 !!!! PayPal does not even deserve one star…
PayPal does not even deserve one star but it will not let me do anything without at least giving it one star. Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It is 100% impossible to actually even talk to someone. I’ve been trying since September, we are now into the middle of October. Not only do they not read their notes but they do not contact you. 100% never do business with them again. I will write bad reviews every chance I get

Closed Partners Account For Trying To Get A Refund
My partner purchased an item from a fraudulent merchant in China through PayPal. He informed PayPal immediately and of course there was the usual back and forth between him and the merchant, who refused to refund him unless he returned the item to China - PayPal agreed with this even after multiple photos and emails clearly stating that the item sent was not the item advertised. Customer Service is none existent.
I booked a hotel break and paid with PayPal. The hotel ripped me off so I made a claim through PayPal. They replied to say it did not meet their criteria so I sent an explanation via their customer service messaging service. Received a nice message about how they wanted to help me after several days then closed the conversation so I would have to start all over again.
