I never received my item that I bought…
I never received my item that I bought through you, I filed a claim, you never helped me, then I got a mask package that never authorizes the purchase, for these reasons I will close my account with you.paypal does not solve the problems of customers that one day we trust them, so I do not buy through Paypal again.

I echo many of the horrible reviews
I echo many of the horrible reviews. PayPal offers no assistance with fraudulent merchants. They absurdly require u to file a claim with the FBI, local police, or FTC. This is in stark contrast to my experience with credit card companies and Prime. I canceled my account immediately.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I tried their online messaging service where you can contact an agent and I've been waiting days for a response! They said you'll be contacted within a few hours as well!! A few DAYS is not the same as a few hours. I'm apalled as I'd really like a solution to my problem. Will try calling them soon I think but online messaging is obviously supposed to be a lot easier. Absolute crap service honestly.

Stupid paypal bought a sword
Stupid paypal bought a sword . Never received. Opened case had to wait pure ages then seller gaves tracking number on last day and case is closed down 1) tracking number is from 14th August 2 ) I bought on the 8th September Lucky enough my bank gave me refund the same minute I rang . I will be closing paypal down soon after all stuff is received

They don’t really protect you from…
They don’t really protect you from fraud. I was scammed and was fighting the company for my money back. They said if they fully repaid me then I have to pay to send them back. I looked on PayPal site to see if they offered any protections and they don’t. So now I am only getting a partial refund (which I had to fight for) and the scammers are walking away even. That is such bull $&%#!!!I thought PayPal was safe, but I was so wrong!

I used Paypal to make a payment for a Fitness Watch for a Company called Livll. After the item arrived nearly 3 weeks late after being told it would take 5 to 8 days. Livll say you can cancel their order within 14 days of purchase. Yet they did not cancel my order and the watch arrived faulty with broken glass face and give inaccurate readings in Steps and Distance when compared to my other fitness watch and GPS Apps on my Mobile Phone. Really bad service
Really bad service i paid for a pair of shoes that have not arrived i claimed my money back through PayPal resolution centre my claim was denied due to the chines seller given a shipment tracking number.and as i said i didn't get the item.paypal are not looking after there customers will find a differant way of paying for things
