I ordered items and paid through paypal. paypal is approved scammer...they hold your money without reason. it is maybe good from customer prospective to some extant however it is very unfair with seller even though we follow your procedure to get money quickly. website say after delivery funds will be release in 1 day but even after 15days you scammers not releasing funds and no response from business support email. in addition, approved scammer PayPal offer you instant loan with higher interest charges so holding millions of ...

PayPal ist reinste Abzocke für zahlungsbereite Menschen. Es gibt keinen seriösen Kunden Service, es gibt noch nicht mal mehr Käuferschutz, wenn man diesen mal braucht.Außerdem: Ab 10,01 € muss man eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen. Das ist unter aller ... Well I’m completely shocked at the attitude of PayPal, they literally do nothing, they asked for all the details, spent weeks doing nothing and then said they needed more information and when I said still hadn’t received it they said case closed.But on reading al the other reviewers I’m not surprised.PayPal are a con and don’t care for the people who use there system

Non-existent service support - autobot is useless

Same as the guy before me, the support is non-existent. I am trying to find out why a payment is on hold for 3 weeks now. Please don't use this service, it used to be good but now sucks big time. If I ever get this money, I am bailing out for sure.

Paypal - FRAUD!! I've essentially just been coned to the tune of £535. After spending hours experiencing problems trying to make a purchase on Ebay, I contacted Ebay for advice. Really bad customer service

Purchased a doll paying with PP, paid £30, doll arrived looking nothing like what was advertised, looking more like something from Poundland, raised refund case with PP over 2 months ago sending pics of what was advertised and what arrived, PP tried to get me to accept £5 discount from seller then £8 which I refused, I kept pointing out the utter rubbish I received, after PP asked me to send the rubbish back to seller costing £7 they have today told me their refusing the refund claim!! PayPal does not care about the customer or what they have going on

To start with, aside from a recent customer service representative I have spoken to, their ability to get in contact with you and to help you with your issues is horrific. It's really hard to talk to a human being and once you do you get sent back and forth between merchant and PayPal until you're ripping your hair out.
