Terrible login issues, practically forced to give more personal data, and an inability to understand an error in a transaction.

I had problems logging in to my account. The website presented me with a code and I keyed it in to my phone when the automated system called me. It said the code was entered successfully but I couldn;t go any further on my webbrowser. I tried this twice, then changed my password thinking maybe the authentication for that would release the 'trigger' for the phone login but it didn't so I tried the phone call again but that failed. I had always thought PayPal would protect me if a fraudulent company were to try to con me... I have recently discovered otherwise. Friends and family scam, beware, PayPal don’t care

Recently was duped into paying for an item via PayPal, seller asked to use the friends and family tab to avoid charges, as it was my first time outside of eBay doing this I thought nothing of it. Turns out this is a monumental scam that bypasses PayPal’s payment protection. I'm glad to be using PayPal

While I have had some issues, the Experience and platform setup with them has been great while other similar Platforms have been very difficult to setup, use and their so called customer service is not much better. The PayPal Business Model

I bought some outdoor furniture, it was faulty so I took photos & went to lodge a claim (catch.com.au) with the seller. Funnily enough I wasn't able to as my purchase wasn't finalised on their website (none of my purchases spanning 5 years were), so I lodged a claim through PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..Pay pal is possible the worse company in the U.K there customer service is terrible .. I'd avoid using them and stick with bank transfers ..they are so money hungry and just pure S**t to work with .. stay away people

Sämsta upplevelsen någonsin, tror mer på scam-företag än 100%-iga bevis från mig. Köparskyddet är totalt värdelöst och det är troligen fördefinierade svar som ger månadslånga meningslösa hanteringar.Tog förlusten och avslutade mitt troligen ca 10 år gamla konto.
