Gjorde ett köp på 1500kr från en svensk butik i borås. Har verken fått varan eller pengarna tillbaka. Jag trodde man som köpare var skyddad som dom skriver på sidan men så är det inte. Customer Support for business terrible
Customer Support for business owners trying to set up an online business is absolutely terrible. Impossible to find contact channels, get no response, handed off to other teams, and it's all really confusing

WARNING, In brief I bought a radio control digger after seeing it advertised on Facebook,23 channel,all metal,weight of 12lbs,carry a child etc,video shows a woman pushing a large box across the floor to open with a child.What you get is a plastic digger weight with packaging 500g its about 4 inches long and the biggest load of crap,plus I had to pay £14 custom duty.You apply for a refund from paypal,you get a refund after you send it back to china at a cost of £14 plus insurance and ...

They are a money stealing monopoly…
They are a money stealing monopoly tyrant. You can start a case because of getting ripped off because of counterfeit products and the seller just tries to get more money from you but PayPal closes any communication so you have to take the bad deal or the worst deal. Problem with them is they don't care about the customer because they make more money from the seller so why would they care about returning the customers money. I and everyone I can tell will soon move from using PayPal anymore.

I have had Paypal for over 20 years and…
I have had Paypal for over 20 years and have not had any problems with vendors. The reason I use Paypal is in case I have a problem with a vendor. I recently purchased a product from China and never received it. After 5 1/2 months of ecorrespondence with the company and no product, I opened a dispute. Paypal ruled against me after over a month of deliberation. Obviously, Paypal never read my numerous communications with the company closely or to Paypal, since they simply stated that the ...

Thinking of using PayPal? Think again.
This is more of an update to my last one-star review. Sold a camera in late August of 2019. Without reason or explanation, my account was limited and I was told my funds would be held for the 180 day terms. 424 days later, I am still chasing this joke of a company for my £3K.

Rotze, wenn es Probleme gibt hilft Paypal 0! für sie ist einfach der Fall geschlossen auch nach 100 beweisen. wie wo was.. hilft Paypal dir 0 garkein Käuferschutz nicht vorhanden! einfach pure verasche mehr nicht.

Aparte de la abusiva comisión del 4% de comisión, más la aplicación del cambio de moneda internacional a unos precios más bajos, el 7 de Mayo del 2019 Paypal te cobra por los reembolsos!!!! Eso quiere decir que si eres un vendedor y haces una venta por valor de 1.000€, tienes que hacer un reembolso al comprador, Paypal te cobra 29€ y se quedan tan campantes!!Es hora de empezar a cambiar Paypal por otros métodos de pago alternativos.
