Do not use PayPal it’s a joke they never take a sellers side , sold a iPad on October 28,2020 for 100 the buyer reported as a unauthorized sale when the idiot signed for it so i have a negotive balance and no iPad second time in two months there just a really bad company not worth using them at all there useless

This is the most unprofessional incompetent business I have ever dealt with. It took me 6 months to have a complaint dealt with from a purchase from China. Then paypal said there was nothing they could do but just refund me some of the return shipping cost. They only refunded me $30 US back for some of my shipping costs. Which my costs were over $130 US. So then another 6 months of this sitting in my paypal account and trying to have paypal just mail be back the refund. They declined. I ...

They say they will protect all perches and today I lost $$$$ and paypal is ok with it so I will cut my loses and cut my PayPal card and suspend my account they my need the money more then I do I hope you happy with a loss

PayPal solve problems
What do you like best? I like that I can open a Paypal account easily and there are no annual fees for members also I can send money to different countries around the world .. and I like a most that Im guaranteed 100% protection against unauthorized payments from my account. I would give them ZERO Stars if possible. They suck period! I bought an item and it was coming from china (didn't know) after 7 weeks of still waiting after was suppose to get all paypal does is say contact seller. I am returning the item and have to pay shipping Paypal say's they will pay upto $30. It cost $43 to track but no signature otherwise it was a $133. Uploaded receipt and Paypal came back closed the file and now I'm out the $43 Shipping PLUS the $95 i what I sent back and try and ...

What an absolute disappointment
What an absolute disappointmentPayPal taken 3 weeks and several attempts to submit proof of a faulty item, photos, videos detailed account of my experience with a seller, all insufficient. Asked for more information, so a third party was hired to provide a true report and assessment, this is apparently still not good enough,so now they need to sit, ruminate & digest in their back office. Massive glitch - No account access
Paypal asked me to verifiy my identity via a phonecall which, when I requested it, I then never received and which I repeatedly requested over a few days, hoping they would resolve the glitch. I also provided card verification which their system ignored, as well as a new login password, which was also ignored due to their MASSIVE glitch. Am currently locked out of my account which is requiring me to prove it's me by approving an automatic callback to my registered phone number with a 4 digit number authentication code. Have tried it several times over several days but I'm not receiving the automatic call to do it when I click the consent, & without me answering the (non-existent) call & punching in the code the system won't let me into my account.
