How PayPal sucks and is not on your side

I ordered from merchant a comforter $89, didn't receive it in 3 months, site said in transit. Didn't receive it in 6 months, called merchant, never able to speak to ANYONE !! disputed transaction with PayPal, and 3months later, PAYPAL wouldn't get my money back, and honored the merchant the $90. No customer service...cannot talk or chat with anyone

You cannot talk, chat or email anyone at Paypal if there is an issue. I tried to transfer money to my bank account and it told me it could not and un-linked my bank account. I tried to add it back it and would not do it. I cannot get my money out. all their messages about customer service contact do not work. you can chat with a robot who does not answer your questions.

The worse customers service ever. they cant even know how to do 4 transfers and to the correct department after 45 mins on the phone. just trash and didnt want to deal with this company again. closing the acct for good

They’re a joke as far as trying to reach them, they say it’s 2 to 3 hour wait and then when you get a request for a callback they say they’re callback number is down for maintenance!
