Don't care's about users outside US

Racist company, you must be in the US to be eligible for seller protection, I traded a Item and I requested a payment as a personal payment type, still the buy complained and got his money back bcs he is from the US, now I lost the item I lost the funds and I had to pay 20$ for a chargeback. I hope Payoneer will destroy them hard.

If I could give them a ZERO I would! Don't use PayPal! They are in business with CHINA to steal your money!!! They suck! I made several purchases never received one of them and they denied my cases and kept money!! They suck!

If there is a zero rating

If there is a zero rating, I will give you guys. I have been trying to contact your support services for 2 months now and it has been a total flop. No contact line, no proper support. The one I managed to get hold of said she could not assist because apparently she is an outsourced customer support. She referred me to the Europe service and they are a total mess too. You people are absolutely incognito leaving people with zero good customer experience.

WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER do business with them again

They are really something else. First, they tried to hold my funds for 21 days to earn interest despite charging me 3% then they wanted me to pay an additional 1% to get MY MONEY right away if I didn’t want to wait up to 10 business days for a check. It costs them more to print and mail a check so I chose that option. As soon as that check clears, I’m closing my account with them and WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER do business with them again. Non-existent support. I have been an ebay and paypal user for over 10 years and paypal randomly decided to hold a payment. Fine, I thought, it says it will be released once the item is delivered. They should be shut down as a company!

Absolute disgrace, I’ve used PayPal for 5 years and now I’ve had it. During covid and now they have zero way to get hold of anyone, no phone line, email, nothing!!! I think it’s outrageous they’re still operating and I honestly will start a petition to have them shut down. They leave their customers with no help at all. Paypal are unfit for purpose…

Paypal are nothing but unscrupulous cowboys. They allow sellers who falsely describe goods to accept credit card payments through them and though they say they stand behind transactions, this is not true. Paypal give a contact number on Google that is non existent. They also give a UK contact number - if you search hard enough - 08707 301 881 but even though there is an auto answer on this, they put you on hold for over 30 minutes and then cut you off.Customer service on their site is a ...

Customer Support is non-existent

Customer Support is non-existent. You call, wait, just to be told by a computer to send a message on their website. You use the automated website assistant. It won't let you leave a message. It just keeps directing you to articles that don't answer your question. For a company that deals with hundreds of millions, if not billions, of dollars per day they are quite flippant in taking people's money and tossing the customers' concerns like a used candy wrapper.
