Don't trust them.
I sold an item via eBay and the buyer received it and signed for it. The money is in my PayPal account but I can't get it transferred to my bank account because PayPal have put a hold on it. I tried contacting them but got a reply from an agent who's first language is not English and therefore unintelligible. I will be cancelling my account if I ever get my money. Surely this is illegal?

I ordered 10 aluminum 3D santa…
I ordered 10 aluminum 3D santa ornaments from a site called Timepast.com and instead I received 10 wooden ornaments that were painted with ugly santa photos. The two products are not alike in any way! I submitted a claim on Paypal to get my $72 back and provided all of the information that I was asked to provide (store name, order ID, two images of the ornaments, etc). Oplichters praktijken.
Kreeg net een bericht dat account op slot is gegaan vanwege een jaar niet in te loggen, kan alleen ontgrendelen met een oud telefoon nr dat ik al 7 jaar niet meer heb... kan op geen enkele manier contact opnemen, en ze gaan vanaf januari 10 euro in rekening brengen... Dit zijn oplichters praktijken... eerst zorgen dat veel rekeningen onbereikbaar zijn/opgezegt kunnen worden en dan kosten in rekening brengen. Waardeloos.

Dom skiter fullständigt i konsumenten jag bevisade att ett företag inte fanns å jag ville ha mina pengar tillbaka pga av att jag inte fick min vara men näe du har inte skickat in dokument som styrker detta men när man söker på företaget som jag handlade av så står det att dom använder paypal som bedrägeri å paypal vägrar betala så min uppmaning använd aldrig paypal

Varning!!
Jag kan inte logga in då det inte går att byta ett gammalt mobilnummer. Kundtjänst svarar inte. Fick nu ett mail att de kommer att börja dra pengar från mitt konto då jag inte varit aktiv på ett år men jag kan ju inte logga in.Flera tusen kronor finns på mitt konto och jag har mailat, ringt och försökt nå dom i 6 månader utan ett svar. Detta borde vara olagligt! Jag har anmält dom.Scam som stjäl pengar. Varna andra!!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I have used PayPal for years with limited problems however during lockdown I ordered an item through PayPal to ensure I was “protected”. The seller sent me something completely different, didn’t even look the same, when I contacted the seller they had removed their website. I raised this with PayPal and they closed my dispute, taking the sellers side. After numerous messages they are refusing to help and insisting the bank should now help, the whole reason I ...

I would give them a zero star if possible. No reason to use PayPal they Zero protection for there users.
