Paypal has no buyer protection, only earn from us with cheating
I bought a website via PayPal. After I find that website is a fake traffic generating one and the seller is a scamer. Website is not as described. So I opened a dispute for not as described. So when I communicate with seller, step before escalate paypal claim. Seller escalate it to PayPal claim. PayPal not asked any extra details and give win to scamer. PayPal charge extra fee from us for transaction. But actually we pay extra money for useless protection.

Precies zoals andere melden, PayPal heeft mijn business account ook gesloten zonder reden en mijn geld wordt 180 dagen vast gehouden. Ook is PayPal op geen enkele manier te bereiken werkt hun 0800 nummer die op de website van PayPal staat niet en reageren niet op emails ik hoop nog wel op een reactie en oplossing maar zoals het er nu naar uitziet is dit het te zoeken.Groet,Marco

Personalmente credevo paypal potesse tutelare l'utente. Non è più così. Gli segnali un sito scam e loro ti dicono di rivolgerti alle autorità (cosa totalmente inutile visto che il mio ordine è stato fatto fuori EU). Il gioco dei siti è diventato facile. Ti spediscono una cosa differente dalla cina tanto ti costerebbe più rispedirla oppure ti offrono un rimborso parziale. Sveglia Paypal...ma che figura ci fai.

I have NEVER been through so much stress! I ordered a coat from Berry's, it was too small. Somehow I have been rejected by Pay pal, and have closed my claim twice. Been trying to get this sorted for 3 months! They keep saying coat was as described, yes, it was, but it was too small. Berry's insulted me with £20 and keep coat that's too small. I refused, they then offered £24 and Pay pal were involved then! Pay pal are a disgrace! Leave. I am.

Pay Pal what a joke sold a item on ebay got the payment straight away then told I got to wait 21 days to get funds to my account then they said if I confirm my debit card I could get 2 to 3 working days they took 1 for this service waited 2 days got confirmation code entered it now three saying I can't use the debit card to transfer my money to my bank account??? So how do I get my money out?? They are robbers wish I could report them to ombusman

Demanded cavity search
It demanded ALL 3> id, driver’s license, and utility bill. 1 I have epilepsy so do not drive= no driver’s license,2. live at home with parents so my name is not on the utilities bill.3. THIEVES!!!
Horrible service. Stole $40K+ from me and not responding to any form of communication. They are just stealing money from their customers to boost their revenue. Been trying to contact them past 4 weeks and still getting nowhere.

Order never received
Order never received, but the company sent paypal a tracking order so they did nothing. But the tracking no. was to a different state. Got it from the post office. Paypal was used to be safe. Now there just as bad as the scammers.

Refused a refund on a service

Paypal supports scammers. DO NOT USE THEM.
So i have trusted Paypal to assist me when ever i have issues, as of lately i was scammed by a company, and i messaged paypal regarding the issue. Paypal no longer will help you when you get scammed, as they will close the cases in the sellers favor. I have ussed paypal for almost 10 years, but now i will never use them again. They support scammers, they wont stand by their word of helping you out. DO NOT USE PAYPAL.
