Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They refuse to reimburse their own fees when you have been a victim of ebay fraud. Pathetic.

man erhält grundsätzlich keine antwort, ausser von einem roboter der nichts taugt. man wird ständig aufgefordert sich zu verifizieren, obwohl man es mehrmals getätigt hat. paypal...... eine katastrophe ohne ende. wird zukünftig nicht mehr benutzt.

Pathetic customer service
Pathetic customer service. I have a login issue - caused by PayPal not by me - but you can only access their online help if you can log in.I rang their number from a landline and was told by an automated voice that they can't accept a enquiry without a phone number.I rang from my mobile but that's associated with a different account. Avoid Paypal at all costs
Like many of the reviewers here I would give PayPal a 0 star if possible. They locked up my personal account due to an issue with the account set up (which happed 16 years ago). No amount of reasoning worked. They asked for documents but never provided a means to submit those documents. It took an offical complaint through the Australian Finanical Complaints Authority to get the issue resolved. Avoid paypal at all costs.

I was sent a false product ...To receive a refund they want me to pay £15 to send it back to china iv refused to pay for returning a item that was sold to me falsely Paypal has refused my refund so i loose £30 ... Paypal you are rubbish and do not protect buyers in any way....

OTRA Resolución a favor del vendedor…FRAUDULENTO. Compro cuatro vestidos y me envían 4 camisetas horribles que nada tienen que ver con los vestidos que he pedido. Me piden que los devuelva a China y yo invierto horas y horas de mi tiempo para intentar contactar con Paypal y mando mails y más mails, quejas y más quejas. PayPal fremstår som "nyttig idiot" for hel- og halvkriminelle selgere rundt om i verden (--få tak i pengestrømmen, skitt i om det skader andre..). Eksempelvis firma som selger "fantastiske" teleskop , kikkerter mv.) som i realiteten er totalt ubrukelige. Prisen er lav slik at "garantien" om å få penger tilbake ved retur er verdiløs når kjøper må betale returfrakt til Kina som er større enn pris på varen.
