This is a warning for anyone that expect Paypal to protect Their money especially if you are a buyer. If it was possible I would have given 0 star. Very poor customer service and the whole user experience is ridiculous. I have a payment on hold since Oct 17th for something I sold on eBay. I added the tracking number the following day But the payment is still on hold (even though it says payment to be cleared after 1 day). Can’t get hold of anyone when I call their UK number. The automated call system is very poor, I can email anyone as there’s no email address anywhere. I can’t even raise a ...

Disgusting - got scammed provided the information requested but ignored it and refused to refund money. Lesson for others. DON'T BUY OF FACEBOOK. DON'T BUY FROM CHINA - FROM ANY SOURCE. The seller's can no longer be trusted

Assistenza clienti inesistente, a dir poco scandalosa. Ho inviato un’infinità di messaggi per la soluzione di una problematica (pagamento rifiutato) senza alcun esito. Gli operatori non rispondono ed il numero telefonico risulta inattivo. Da PayPal mi aspettavo di meglio

Refused to reimburse buyer fees...
Refused to reimburse fees when I was sold a dodgy item, not as listed, on EBay. They then held onto my refund for a week without reason. Truly terrible service which is totally Unnecessary as I am covered by MasterCard buyer protection. My bank warned me about their questionable practices.

Horrible support with wait times via chat only (phone calls no longer supported) for more than 24 hours. One request was ignored for three days.This is unacceptable for a financial institution.

Non sono riuscita a trasferire il mio saldo da Paypal al mio conto bancario che ho utilizzato da almeno 10 anni!Ho provato con un altro conto, niente!Ho provato a trasferire i soldi su carta di debito, niente! Non accettano Master Card ma solo Visa.La cosa più grave è che non rispondono ai messaggi, al telefono e non spiegano perché è impossibile trasferire il denaro su un conto corrente in regola. No Protection & Frozen Funds
Seems I’ve experienced the same as others on here with no buyer/customer support. Additionally, they’ve frozen all the money in my PayPal account for 180 days. This was in response to me disputing a fraudulent website charge with my bank after weeks of miscommunication through messaging because they won’t take phone calls. I’ve been a user for 16+ years with no issues and now this????
