Quick to take, slow return.

It takes them literally seconds to take your money, yet months to return. Kind of defeats the purpose of using them in the first place. I recently purchased 2 items. The first one from Target which 2 weeks later they still hadn’t shipped so I asked for a refund. Took 3 weeks before I finally received a notice that I got a refund but nothing is in my account. I tried to explain to PayPal after they put a hold on my account and locked it up I neither could get my money nor could I get any food I had no gas for my truck and they dont care

I was getting a lot of calls on my phone and I downloaded a caller ID.. PayPal said it was suspicious and put a hold on my account I could not get my money out four customer service wouldn't acknowledge anything nor could I get a hold of anybody they don't care I couldn't get any food I couldn't get any gas for my truck they don't care about anybody or anything..... PayPal is one of the sorriest companies I've ever dealt with....

Their fees are mad..

Their fees are mad... I sent a payment of about 1k and they ate 10% of that cake which means that the receiver got $900 and paypal took $100, is it only me or does the fees get bigger everyday

Can’t trust PayPal

Been with PayPal for many years opened a case against a dodgy company supplied all the relevant information and after 3 months of the case resolution date being put back it ended up going in the sellers favour will never recommend or use it again!

PayPal for me has been the worst banking app/site I have ever dealt with in my entire life. i’ve tried so many times to transfer money into my bank account from paypal. it always said “error” and paypal decided to hang up on me during the customer service phone call because they “couldn’t help” with the situation. then I tried transferring the money into my bank again and then it decided to tell me that my bank account and card just “isn’t eligible” for transfers. what was the point of even ...
