Ho fatto un bonifico istantaneo di 235€ sulla carta é stata scalata su Paypal non è arrivato... Convoluted signing up procedure to link bank account. Tried to buy New Balance shoes in the US using Paypal, even though they have the option - comes up not accepting PP.Then tried to transfer money to another country - OMG, what a confusion - anyway, 5 days later the process is "cancelled". Never again.

They close your dispute before even reading it. The people of the phone are extremely rude.. almost as if they are in the pub and cannot be bothered to help you.. the app message centre is just as bad as they also just close the conversation when incomplete resulting in you having to reopen and start again.. I work and have done in customer service all my life and I honeslty can say paypal are the worse company I have come across for customer service and support and that is saying a lot. Be ...

Paypal naait klanten legaal!
Via mail een bericht ontvangen dat ik moet gaan betalen voor de inactieve account. Als ik wil inloggen dan wilt het systeem veriferen via een oud nummer die ik niet meer heb. Vragen via mail is alleen mogelijk als ik inlog, maar inloggen is niet mogelijk, als ik bel dan krijg ik te horen dat de nummer niet bereikbaar is. Met andere woorden, PayPal heeft een manier gevonden om alle oude klanten te naaien!

Unable to use my account
Unable to use my account, as I need photo id to prove who I am, and I don't have it. I still cannot close my account, and their customer service is a disgrace and non existent! I will never use paypal again and urge others not to use them as they are useless!

PayPal you are a disgrace
On the 25th of February 2020 PayPal closed my account and retained all my working capital. Today is the 1st of November well past the 180 days PayPal said they would hold my funds before they would release them.
