Have to agree with all the other…
Have to agree with all the other reviews out there. This company has become too big to still have good customer service. I tried to regain access to my account and it keeps using an old number to verify login.I spoke to them on chat numerous times but all they do is send me a reset password link valid for only 10minutes, after 30minutes. Still struggling to login.

Purchased an item
Purchased an item, had PayPal Buyer Guarantee. Item was not remotely close to item on web page. To get my money back, i need to ship back product, at my expense to China (appx $60) for a $35 product.

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. They misapplied two payments and the only way to contact them was through "chat message". Every message was answered by someone different who clearly had not read earlier messages.

Paypal is a joke
Paypal is a joke. They keep blocking access to my account for reasons they never explain and then I can't contact customer service of any kind because I'm not logged in to my account. Completely unreliable.

The worst customer service i ever had ever since. You cannot reach them and took over a month to solve the issues or money to refund.

PayPal is no protection from fraud.
I had a 6 month subscription with a company but decided to cancel in the first week. I knew I would still be paying the $52 subscription. Three months later they charged me a further $52. I disputed this but paypal denied my claim. What use is paypal when the say they are there to protect us and they turn a blind eye to fraud.

skifte telefon nr ???????????
så inni helvete vanskelig å få skiftet telefon nr, sånn at mann får tilgang, kundeservice er en jævla vits, blir bare sendt tilbake til innlogging . De skulle ringe meg for flere uker siden for å få de nødvendige opplysninger for å legge inn nytt nr, ingen telefon kom. Så har fremdeles ingen tilgang. Drittopplegg

Ik ben verhuisd en kan niet meer inloggen.Op hun site opent een Chad kanaal waar veel vragen gesteld worden. vervolgens word het contact verbroken en kom je nergens meer in en krijg je geen contact meer. Zijn naam was JohanWaardeloze serviceAls je de klachten lijn belt word de verbinding gewoon verbroken. probeer zelf maar 0800 2659239

Beware, Paypal has no problem with scammers taking your money!
I have been using paypal for I believe 17 years. Not many transactions, but enough. I recently ordered a used hood for a Nissan Altima that I had purchased. The seller specifically stated that because I use Paypal my purchase was guaranteed so no worries. To make a very long story short, I cancelled the order a few days after ordering, seller assured me that I would receive my money back.
