As a business I use pay pal frequently and to send or receive money as a non business as well. Pay pal allowed someone to retract money sent via their financial institution on me. The scammer said they accidentally sent me the $ however, I provided a text message with the persons name, number, email, the amount to be sent and my email but that was completely disregarded. Do not have a negetive balance more than a month

I've been using PayPal for years and never had any problems until recently. All of a sudden it would not accept my account details or my card. It disconnected from my bank account without me realising so of course when I tried to buy something it ended up me having a negetive balance. However I did not know as PayPal did not send an email or anything. I checked spam mail dating back to 7 months.It says that you have to resolve a negetive balance within 90 says. I wish I could avoid this company

It withhold my buyer payment for a month now extended the withholding period to another month even though buyer gave positive feedback on eBay already. The guide to get the payment is clear as mud. Apparently it is waiting for me to confirm my email address.. now I have to wait another 21 days. PayPal take note your process is awful, your website is also badly designed.

Awful customer service for a payment gateway. After many attempts by online and telephone calls, wrote letter to UK operation; they then passed me on to Europe. I have written a later to them too, still no answer. Issue going on for years. I have three accounts with them, why? Purely, me trying to fix the issue. I really hope someone should start a similar service and I am sure there will be people like me ready to switch. In one word PayDevil.
