Worse guarantee ever…

They do not do a investigation like they claim and when you prove something to them they still side with the scammers. How can PayPal legally continue to falsely state they guarantee anything that protects it's customers? I hate that it's an option to use PayPal. Also they screw up your access once you dispute a charge.

Really bad and a real shame this once great facility is now useless

Paypal used to be a safty net to protect customers and I know this from first hand experience when they froze our paypal account due to a very few complaints. They claimed they were now expecting a lot of refunds (which never happened). Now they are protecting Chinese scam websites, close your case without consent. Really bad and a real shame this once great facility is now useless.

conozco mi contraseña y hasta hace un par de semanas podría entrar en mi cuenta sin problema.Ahora para acceder a mi cuenta solicitan que me envían por SMS un código al teléfono con el que abrí la cuenta.El problema es que ese nº de teléfono ya no es mío y por mucho que he escrito, llamado por teléfono, acudido a chats etc. NO ME DEJAN CAMBIARLO. hia iv been trying to send my friend money all day iv had 0 help they said its a security issue and then went on to keep stopping me from using my funds and would not reply to my messages and it made me very fed up and angry because they holding my money not theirs also they would reply at their convenience and be like cant do anything when i know they dam well can they was quick enough taking my money.

I tried calling PayPal on many occasions when I have waited over 15 minutes on the line and just gave up PAYPAL has returned a customer money $600 from me doing a service for a customer PayPal has robbed me this money and I left with nothing
