Misbrug af reelt monopol.

Er erhvervsdrivende og tvunget til at bruge PayPal. De tager et pænt stort gebyr for alle betalinger fra kunder. Fint nok, MEN man kan ikke få sine EURO udbetalt som Euro, selvom man har en eurokonto i sin danske bank. De VIL veksle til danske kroner til kursen 7,1... Absurd og rent røveri. Og så kan man ikke komme i kontakt med dem. Trods en mio omsætning via PayPal, er vi ikke vigtige nok til at få lov til at tale med en rådgiver??? Og vi sælger i Tyskland, hvor man reelt ikke kan drive ...

Jag kan inte logga in på min paypal konto på grund av att jag kan inte bekräfta med mobil nummer, det anledning är jag har tappat bort min mobil vad ska jag göra nu?????

Tillåter bedrägare!

Försökte rapportera en säljare som via annons på facebook håller på med bedrägeri. De betalade bara pengarna tillbaka (vilket ju iofs var bra) men var inte intresserade av att göra något åt bedrägeriförsök även om det finns starkt bevis. Säljaren får fortsätta använda PayPal som betalningssätt.

I challenged a charge to my account because I had not received any shipping information about the merchandise I ordered and seller did not respond to my email inquiries,PayPal denied the claim saying my merchandise HAD been delivered.....not true. Further tracking info was not accessible.Unfortunately this turned out to be an item supposedly shipped from China so I have no where to appeal.Pay pal seems to work ok on EBay but any other vendors may be corrupt and consumers are not protected.

TRUFFAHo effettuato un pagamento tra privati (senza protezione) verso un numero di telefono collegato ad una mail. Si è scoperto poi che il beneficiario non ha un conto paypal, mi immaginavo che essendo il versamento fatto per errore, mi tornassero i soldi, visto che fisicamente i soldi non li ha ricevuti sul suo conto banco posta. Invece payal "congela" i soldi sull'ipotetico conto paypal, che lui potrà riscuotere solo se apre un nuovo conto paypal. In pratica i soldi miei, come confermato ...

Awful experience with Paypal. I was charged for something that I did not order. It was put to their resolution centre. they disallowed my claim and made it so very difficult for me to make a counter claim. I spent hours on their chat line and finally I managed to speak to a customer service who reassured me they would investigate, but the same result, claim disallowed without giving me a chance to present my case properly. finally, I received a refund but no thanks to Paypal.
