Never using paypal again

Got sent a counterfeit memory card by a scammer on US soil out of Dallas. After forcing me to pay extra for tracking to return the item for refund ($6) they refused to refund me a dime. Zero protections for consumers which is the whole point of using paypal checkout.

I just hope PayPal will one day…

I just hope PayPal will one day disappear because it's just such a bad service... 3% processing fee for selling something on eBay? ARE YOU MAD? Why would you take % of my money for transferring the funds? these are some medieval practices. There are so many better services out there... I would love to see PayPal die.

I cant get to withdraw my money to my bank account. its giving me this message - There’s a problemRight now, we’re not able to complete this transaction.. There is no customer service chat, phone or anything. WHere should I make a complain about paypal. This is reduculis!!!! they are keeeping my money . I need my money.This is crazy and not normal. Such a bad service.

Ich kann mich den Vorrednern nur voll und ganz anschliessen. Der Laden ist das "allerletzte" und ausschliesslich pro Verkäufer eingestellt - gehe davon aus das die eine Provision erhalten! Käuferschutz - das ich nicht lache!!! - man kann alles selbstständig mit dem Verkäufer klären und am Ende gibt es eine irrationale Entscheidung von irgendeiner Pappnase. Wie gesagt Paypal erhält eine Provision vom Verkäufer. Never ever diesen Sch...laden - hab das Paypal Konto gekündigt!

Wish I could give a zero. Both PayPal and eBay play judge and jury on things you sell. You have NO rights and all they do is claim to be following their policy.Avoid avoid avoid. Tell your buyers to do a bank transfer or any other means of payment..... if you do don’t spend your money for 2 months at least and then just maybe you will be ok to take it out after their ridiculous fees... These companies have forgotten that it’s YOUR products and YOUR money.

They are the worst

They are the worst. No matter how you do what the app says or to fix a forgotten password this company masters the art in holding on to your money for there next stock market day to keep your money to play with it in the stock market.... there $100,000,000.00’s in there money from sending you’re money, to send to someone else and all there fees fines and bulls*** charges and there whole setup Is a Rip Off. I'll keep this brief - purchased something from one of their merchants, invoice stated an amount in USD however I was charged in another currency meaning the amount Paypal charged was more than the invoice at point of sale - which I ran with because I needed the item. Side comment - there was nothing on the merchant site stating I would be charged in the local currency, and all the items on the website were priced in USD. Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company, no customer service only email contact and they continue to pass you from one department to another. I lost over $130 with a Chinese company that didn’t ship item and didn’t respond to email, PayPal states it not within their scope to assist so I’m screwed. Closing both PayPal and PayPal credit if I can get them to respond.
