No complaints, Great Safe Service
I have used PayPal for over a decade. There are some issues, but they offer recurring payments now, I didn't know that a site had glitched and had me recurring. In less than a day my dispute (legit) was approved and will be refunded. I have never had an issue before. I don't have one now.Just check your recurring payments at times for Google apps. 🤩*forgive misspellings, using phone

PayPal is great for small businesses
What do you like best? The ease and automation to pass along to my clients and how easily I can track things. I also like the security. What do you dislike? the fees seem high, it would make more sense if they were capped each month or there were some discounts for the amount it is used each month. The worst online payment solution
The worst online payment solution. All too often, you are locked out of your account as the verification code they are supposed to send you never arrives. Been locked out of my account again for weeks. Customer service is incompetent at best . TransferWise is a better solution. Shutting down my PayPal account as soon as I can.

This company is appalling
This company is appalling. No customer service. I couldn't login and I was informed Paypal would have to call me to verify my identity. They never did and refuse to interact with me on their livechat.

Recentemente burlado através do Paypal, recebi o pagamento e enviei os items, o comprador recebeu os items enviados e agora alega que não eram os descritos. Paypal decidiu a favor do comprador sem qualquer prova da parte dele...Paypal é conivente com fraude e trabalha a favor dos burlões.

kopersbescherming is een lachertje...
Een Chinese verkoper verkocht me iets anders dan wat ik besteld had (5% van de waarde) Een teruggave was me beloofd als ik het object terugstuurde. Aangetekend via Bpost, bewijs geleverd. Laten ze me doodleuk weten dat het in het voordeel van de verkoper beslecht is want mijn bewijs met tracking (19€ kosten) zou niet geldig zijn. Tot zover de kopersbescherming. Schandalige organisatie.

No customerservice at all
I couldn't log into my account for an unknown reason. Send several mails to the Dutch service@paypal with finally a simpel 'HELP!' along with an actual mobile phonenumber so they could call me 24/7.For Dutch user this was the 'robotical' reply:Dank u dat u contact met ons heeft opgenomen.We zijn u graag van dienst, maar kunnen e-mails die zijn verzonden naardeze niet-gecontroleerde mailbox niet beantwoorden.Ga naar www.paypal nl en klik op Hulp en Contact onder aan de pagina omtelefonisch ...

0 stars. I sold some of my stuff on ebay because im about to be homeless... ive had PayPal for 18 years, but they held anything above €2500. Not had this kind of issues with a real bank since 2006 ! And my bank has a phone number. Typical .com company, no clue how to treat customers !
