Ordered a wall stand and when it arrived it was damaged and could not get a response from the seller so made a claim through PayPal and when I retuned the parcel to Spain the cost was £8.50 standard or about £13.00 tracked and sent a picture of proof of postage and a picture of the parcel with the Royal Mail postage on and now they have denied my claim as I didn't send it tracked. Vendo un articolo attraverso PayPal ma l'acquirente apre una disputa senza motivo (era palesemente nel torto). Invio a PayPal tutta la documentazione necessaria e argomento perché ero stato truffato, ma PayPal comunque rimborsa l'acquirente, senza darmi una risposta valida. Posso immaginare solamente che la disputa non sia stata visionata da un umano. I have used this site for years with no problem until now, ordered a coat from China, coat as never arrived, went via the resolution centre, my claim as been denied due to tracking from company stating it had been delivered. Goodbye paypal rip off merchants.

PayPal is hiding comissions before confirming the pay and as the page looks completely different for different users even on the same terminal (PC), same country and the same language it's very difficult to explain to your client how to make the transfer. Compro un aricolo, vengo rimborsato perchè il venditore: “gne gne non voglio più dare via l’articolo” e fin qui... girava la fava come un rotore di un Boeing 377Il rimborso mi doveva essere accreditato entro il 03 novembre, ora ... mi ritrovo ad avere ancora i soldi in sospeso.
