I urge you to stay away from this company

I used Paypal to sell a product and really regret it - my funds have been on hold for a long time and Paypal are unreachable by chat or phone, the customer now has a bespoke handmade item and I am lacking any kind of payment. Their online chat people don't make sense or reply the questions you ask them and I tried calling 3 times today and got hung up on every time. Absolutely livid.

Paypal Buyer's guarantee is a SCAM

Bought a coat from a scam company called Peekachill but like everyone else my wife never received her coat. Paypal have received many complaints about this company but still endorsed payment by paypal. I was given the tracking number and a link which didn't work. Contacted them again and on 19 October they supplied another link, again unable to locate the Royal Mail tracking number. is there a way to give minus 5 stars.. absolute scammers. was send wrong delivery, had proof through messages from the sender, and pictures of the wrong delivery, paypal are absolutely useless. still wouldn't get my money back, because the sender had a "delivered" notice and evidence- YES THE WRONG DELIVERY!!!!! they don't give a rats about your money once they get their commission.

Do Not Use Pay Pal unless you have 24 hours to waste on the phone!

Please do not use PayPal as they have the worse service ever and do not disclose what a nightmare of an experience until you are sent money. The person receiving the payment is charges 2.9% and they do not tell you that you have to send in your photo id, bank statements, proof of were you live before they can process. After submitting tons of files you will be one the phone (I'm still on the phone and going on 5 hours now). Supervisor Julie employee # 47921 cannot seem to help me at all. ...

I have suffered fraud on my bank…

I have suffered fraud on my bank account explained to Paypal and lo and behold have numerous emails saying I've got insufficient funds in the bank! Well why is this? I've been robbed and threatened gave them crime number and everything and as I did it they still want me to pay fuming!!

I cannot speak to a real person at PayPal and am about to scream. I do not recommend this merchant service to anyone. I need help and cannot get it. All the troubleshooting and chats don't do anything if your problem is not listed. No one cares. This business doesn't need to exist if they can't help solve problems in a timely or real person exchange. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. G. Shapiro
