Insanely bad customer service!

I have never encountered such incredibly bad customer service then I have the last few days with PayPal, in fact you can’t even call it customer service. It’s just a frustration service, all I am trying to do is buy things from companies using PayPal. And I’ve been unable to do that for the last week simply because one of my credit cards was canceled due to fraud on it. No Customer Service

If I had to choose between PayPal existing and blending my hand in a blender, PayPal wouldn't be here. The automated message literally tells my my call isn't important and hangs up. I'm convinced nobody works there and its just a machine that hangs up on people and tells them to go to the website. Paypal Credit is a fraud they should call it extortion palThey charging me intrest even though i am paying of the item on time. No resolution!

There is absolutely no way to speak to representative. They have held my money since November 4. They told me that the money is on hold becuse the sender has confirmed that the item was sent. There was no way for them confirmed cuz it was a personal payment. PayPal refusing access to account.

PayPal is refusing to give me access to my account, even after acknowledging the reason I can't access it is because of their own tech error. So they have now basically stolen my money, and their customer service are refusing to help.

not only held the payment, they decided to hold the withdraw to my verified bank account too, never again am i using paypal again, no reply from CS in over 12 hours, not a clue how this company is still running but im now refusing paypal to my customers, screw paypal
