paypal is great
I am surprised that there are so many negative opinions. I am personally very satisfied with paypal, payments are fast and safe. I also think that paypal is a very honest company, all disputes with bad sellers are resolved honestly.

Not impressed
I was not impressed with PayPal's customer support for their credit card applications but I saw they offer help with payment disputes in the Resolution Centr, so I thought I'd give it a go as I had been misled by false advertising. I was pleased to receive one full refund of approx $30 for an oy6rm not despatched. However, before I knew the company wasn't what it purported to be, I'd placed another order for a similar amount. Horrible customer support experience
I spoke to your employee whose name is Eugene. I've literally said three-to-four times that "I do not have access to the phone number that is linked to my paypal, thus I can't login". And he kept sending me all these options to login that involve me having the phone number. I can't believe how you managed to recruit this person! Anyways, he closed off the chat with my problem still unresolved...

Absolutely rubbish company which ruined my perfect credit history and it was they mistake and after several times asking them to remove it answer was no. B.sterds really, avoid them at all time! If you are selling/buying on ebay just right in description: Cash on collect or PayPal not accepted!

worst customer service
Cant access myself despite providing all the necessary verification info. Been dealing with this for two months and interacted with over 20 customer service reps. Each give me the a different "suggestion" or try to make me reset my password over and over again. It's an absolute mess. I have a lot of funds in my account and I simply cannot access it nor close my account. It's the most ridiculous customer service experience I've ever encountered. they took money from my bank account…
they took money from my bank account £600 over for paying for goods on tuesday 10th nov ..the sellers still have not been paid late sat 14th ..disgraceful ..i will try to use other means next time ..they should be investigated by the banking authority .. for mal pratices by what i have read

Where are there no 0 stars? PayPal limited my account and said that I would be able to access my money after 180 days. At the expiry of 180 days, I found that they had transferred all of my more than $2000 to themselves. No email, no nothing. They are a scam. Work with them at your own risk. I wish we would get someone else to offer them competition while offering better services. I am convinced that I should not pay on websites where the only method of payment is PayPal.

Ce mois ci je passe deux commandes sur un site (où je suis habituée de commander)Le vendeur me contact me disant que mes commandes font preuves d'un litige PayPal que j'aurai ouvert . Please take your complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) ASAP. It is, as far as I know, the best way to make a difference in battling this corrupt, immoral company. The BBB takes into account the number of complaints and the number of unsolved complaints in their rating. You can also email John Rainy, the Chief Financial Officer of PayPal, who frankly doesn't give a crap about you, at jrainey(at)paypal.com.
