I used PayPal to buy jet boards battery operated at the end of July 2020. In August, I wanted to contact a seller but there was no contact information, so I asked Paypal for help. PayPal, more like enemy. Taking their pound of flesh then holding funds without any notice. How can a business survive when paypal can just randomly hold its money? How would they like it if customers didn't pay them without any notice, legally for 21 days. They'd be finished! Not to mention they don't answer the phone anymore due to 'high call volumes' how about using some of your profits and expanding your call centre and staff. Too greedy for that I guess. Paypal get worse.I ordered a phone, and stupidly used paypal instead of a bank card.Phone hasn't arrived, and seller doesn't respond to messages.Paypal resolution is to wait another 2 weeks while they message the seller.Useless.

luxury camping chair

I ordered a luxury camping chair. Looked up the company, said product comes from California. When the product finally arrived, it was a child size footstool. I contacted PayPal, they said they would research. I provided pictures. I get a response that said, my claim was denied. I thought PayPal was supposed to protect me. My order was junk from China. Shame on them.

I personally have never had a bad experience with PayPal. I recently purchased a ‘designer’ coat via eBay however when it was delivered it was apparent this was a fake item. I had spent a lot of money on the coat and the seller wasn’t responding. I raised a claim in the resolution centre and in the end escalated to PayPal as the seller would not accept a return for a refund.
